The shipment tracking stops automatically as soon as you change the shipment status to "Delivered". If the shipment has the status “En route” or “En route PRO”, but due to technical issues (such as no Internet connection, switched-off phone etc) you cannot share your location, the customer will see the last location we received from your phone.
