How can I contact the customer?

You can get in touch with the customer before you finalise the transaction by sending them a message.
When your quote is accepted, you will get the customer’s contact details by email (Contacting the customer).

Both transport providers and customers may only communicate through Clicktrans before the quote is accepted.
