Contact information policy

In the messages sent to Clicktrans users, both parties are strictly forbidden to send direct contact details. Any attempts to encourage a user to look off-site for direct contact will be automatically detected by Clicktrans.

Contact details are exchanged between the users only when a quote is accepted.

Breaching these rules will result in account suspension or deletion.
