To decline a quote:

1) Log in
2) Go to My Account > My Listings.

3) Find the listing you wish to display, click Show.

4) Click on the quote you wish to decline. 

5) Click Decline Quote. Choose the reason for declining this particular quote. Confirm by clicking Decline Quote again.
